TERMS & CONDITIONS Booking & Confirmation A booking is confirmed only on receipt of the booking amount of ₹2,000 per booking (adjustable against the package cost). Traveller details (name as per passport, date of birth, passport number & validity) must be shared correctly at the time of booking. Customised itineraries are flexible; however, all services are subject to availability at the time of booking. Any changes requested after confirmation may attract additional charges depending on hotel, transport & activity availability. Payments, Pricing & Refunds Prices are dynamic and may change due to hotel availability, transport costs, currency fluctuation or seasonal surcharges until full confirmation. Full payment must be made within the stipulated timeline, failing which the booking may be cancelled. No refund will be provided for unutilised services. Refund processing time: 7–30 working days, depending on suppliers and banks. Flights, Visa & Travel Documents International and domestic airfare is not included unless specified. Air tickets are subject to real-time availability and fare rules. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. Thailand visa / visa-on-arrival charges, if applicable, are payable by the traveller; visa approval is at the sole discretion of immigration authorities. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Ferries, Speedboats & Transfers Inter-island ferry and speedboat schedules are operated by local providers and may change or be cancelled due to weather or sea conditions. SIC (Seat-in-Coach) transfers operate on fixed timings and may involve waiting or multiple pick-ups/drops. SUV / private transfers are charged per vehicle and may vary depending on occupancy and luggage. Full Moon Party The Full Moon Party at Haad Rin Beach is a public event operated by local authorities; entry, timings and operations are subject to local permissions and weather. Return boat timings from Koh Phangan to Koh Samui are fixed; guests must adhere to the scheduled return boat. Guests participate at their own discretion and are responsible for their personal safety and belongings. Accommodation & Meals Hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking; standard check-in 2:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM (property-wise variations may apply). Meals are provided strictly as per the selected plan (Daily Breakfast, plus specified tour meals). Missed meals are non-refundable. Equivalent hotels may be arranged if originally proposed options are unavailable. Weather, Force Majeure & Conduct Sightseeing and tours are subject to weather, sea conditions, local laws and operational feasibility; no refund for weather-affected complimentary services. The company is not responsible for delays or disruptions due to natural calamities, political unrest, strikes or unforeseen circumstances; additional expenses are borne by the traveller. Guests must maintain respectful behaviour toward staff, crew and locals; misconduct may result in termination of services without refund. Cancellation & Disputes All cancellations will be governed by the company’s standard cancellation policy shared at the time of booking. The booking amount of ₹2,000 is non-refundable in case of guest-initiated cancellation, unless stated otherwise. Any disputes are subject to jurisdiction as per company policy.
